We all have that pile of clothes we love but rarely wear. Let’s dig through your closet, find those hidden gems, and give them a brand-new silhouette.

Here I'm restyling some more of my NIFT graduation pieces, including these glittery gold pants. I love pairing things that don't traditionally make sense together to create a look that's totally unique and fun.

This colorful knitwear piece has been sitting in my closet since my NIFT graduation project in 2014. This video shows how I'd style it today, proving that good design is timeless and can always be made relevant again.

About Giving Old Clothes New Life

It’s not just about tossing things out; it’s about remixing what you already own. During our session, I don’t just look at your closet—I help you see the potential in a piece you thought was 'done.' Whether it’s pinning a hem, changing a neckline, or pairing a forgotten top with a skirt you never considered, we focus on making your existing wardrobe work harder for you.

I started my journey at NIFT Delhi, knee-deep in knitwear patterns and jury stress. That technical foundation is exactly how I approach your wardrobe now. When we look at 'Giving Old Clothes New Life', we are essentially looking at a mix of restyling and technical construction.

The Audit Process

Think of this as a deep dive into your own history. We start by separating items into keep, alter, or archive piles. You might find a dress that just needs a modern belt or a simple hem adjustment to go from 'frumpy' to 'fresh.' I identify these small, impactful changes that make a garment feel new again.

Heirloom and Upcycling Strategy

For pieces that are truly dated, I provide technical design direction. This is where the 'jugaad' magic happens. I evaluate the fabric, sketch out a new silhouette, and brief a trusted tailor on the technical requirements like pleats, lining, or fusing. You get a new outfit without contributing to the cycle of fast fashion waste.

Why This Matters

My style philosophy is simple: fashion should be personal, fun, and sustainable. When we stop chasing trends and start styling what we have, we save money and discover our true aesthetic. Whether you are in Lado Sarai or across Delhi NCR, my goal is to ensure that by the end of our time together, you have a set of looks that feel exclusively like you.
