About Modern Festive & Shaadi Style
I don't believe in buying outfits for a single use. Whether it's a pre-draped sari or a velvet suit, I focus on how you can re-wear your festive pieces long after the event ends. It is all about smart styling that makes your existing wardrobe work harder.
There is a massive pressure to conform during shaadi season, but I promise you do not need to look like everyone else. My approach to festive styling is practical. We look at pieces that balance traditional elegance with modern comfort, like a pre-draped sari that lets you move freely or a velvet kurta set that keeps you warm in Dilli ki sardi without losing the glamour.
Why focus on re-wearability?
Most of the time, the 'perfect' festive outfit sits in your cupboard for years after one wear. I help you change that. We look at versatile pieces—like a solid kurta that can be styled with heavy jewelry for a wedding and then paired with a simple dupatta for a small puja.
How I work
If you are in Delhi, you can come by my studio in Lado Sarai, or I can come to you for a wardrobe audit. We go through what you have, identify the gaps, and build a look that respects your personal style. No costume-y vibes, just clothes that fit your body and your personality. I draw on my NIFT background to understand garment construction, so I can tell you exactly why a silhouette works for your shape, not just because it looks good on a hanger.
