My Approach to Curation

I focus on the intersection of retail and experience. Whether it is a launch or a pop-up, I look at the narrative first:

• Space Transformation: I use my background in set design to rethink the floor plan. We are talking custom mobiles, yarn-bombed branches, and lighting that actually adds warmth. I don't like 'cold' event spaces, so we make it cozy.
• Brand Synergy: I don't just pick random brands. I curate a lineup that makes sense together—from fashion to coffee—so the audience feels like they are walking through a cohesive world, not just disjointed stalls.
• The Logistics (The Boring But Necessary Stuff): From permits to crowd management and marketing materials, I handle the nitty-gritty. You focus on your brand; I focus on the flow.

Why The Studio Works

My Lado Sarai studio is 1800 sq ft, which gives us plenty of room to play with verticality and movement. It is not a rigid hotel ballroom. It has character.
