Decorative Wall Paneling & Cladding
Panel Varieties
- WPC Louvers: Pre-finished Wood Plastic Composite fluted panels. Waterproof, termite-proof, and available in wood grains or metallic finishes.
- Custom CNC Panels: MDF or HDHMR based panels with custom-designed relief patterns (waves, geometric, abstract) created via CNC routing.
Finishing & Installation
- Finish (MDF/HDHMR): Delivered with a base coat primer or fully finished in PU/Duco paint as per client color code.
- Installation: Includes wall preparation with wooden/aluminum battening (framework) if required for leveling, along with high-strength adhesives and mechanical fixtures.
Custom Laser-Cut Metal Partitions (Jali)
Scope of Work
- Material Selection: Options ranging from Mild Steel (MS) for painted finishes to premium Stainless Steel (SS 304 Grade) for rust-proof luxury finishes.
- Fabrication: CNC Fiber Laser cutting with micron-level accuracy (0.1mm) ensuring smooth edges. Includes a sturdy perimeter frame (hollow metal tube) welded seamlessly to the sheet.
- Design: Custom pattern selection from geometric, floral, or abstract libraries, including Design for Manufacturability (DFM) checks.
Finishing & Installation
- Surface Finish:
- Budget Tier: High-quality Powder Coating (Matte Black, White, or custom colors) on Mild Steel.
- Premium Tier: PVD Coating (Physical Vapor Deposition) on Stainless Steel for Gold, Rose Gold, or Black Chrome finishes.
- Installation: On-site installation using concealed fasteners or welding to existing structures (floor/ceiling/walls).
Custom Backlit Corian Mandir
Material & Structure
- Primary Material: 12mm thick premium Acrylic Solid Surface (Corian) in Glacier White or Marble textures. Non-porous, stain-resistant, and repairable.
- Sub-Structure: Water-resistant BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood carcass to support the cladding.
- Lighting: Integrated high-lumen LED strip lighting (Warm/Cool White) with drivers behind acrylic diffusers for the backlit jali effect.
Design Features
- Fabrication: Intricate CNC cutting for spiritual motifs (Om, Gayatri Mantra, floral) and thermoforming for curved elements if required.
- Storage & Details: Includes base unit with soft-close drawers for pooja essentials, step/podium design for idols, and seamless invisible joints.
3D CNC Carved Designer Door Panels
Door Construction
- Core Material: Choice of Water-resistant HDHMR (High-Density High Moisture Resistant) board for painted finishes or Seasoned Solid Wood (Teak/Hardwood) for natural grain looks.
- Carving: Intricate 3D CNC machining with depth variations (up to 20mm) creating light and shadow effects.
- Thickness: Standard door thickness of 32mm to 45mm depending on carving depth.
Finish & Prep
- Surface Treatment: Multi-coat PU (Polyurethane) Palette finish for solid colors or Premium Melamine/PU Polish for solid wood.
- Inclusions: Factory-finishing and cutouts for locks, hinges, and handles.
- Note: Price covers the finished door leaf (shutter) only. Frames (chaukhat) and hardware are excluded.

Namaste, we’re A2N Metal Laser Corporation. Started in Greater Noida, ek hi soch thi - top-notch technology se design ko har roz ka hissa banana. First, laser cutting pe mastery, then interiors mein kadam rakha. Ghar ki har kona, aapke style ka reflection hona chahiye – yehi maante hain.
