Cabinetry Construction
- Carcass Material: 100% Waterproof HDHMR or BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Grade Ply.
- Shutter Finish: Premium Polyurethane (PU) coating in matte or high-gloss. Includes options for complex detailing like grooves, shaker style, or French moldings.
- Feature Units: Includes fluted glass shutters with PU-finished borders and specialized corner storage units.
Hardware & Functionality
- Movement: Soft-close drawers and lift-up systems (Blum Legrabox/Antaro or Hettich equivalent).
- Organizers: Cutlery trays, plate racks, and bottle pull-outs included in the layout.
Design & Planning
- Visualization: Full 3D visualization and working triangle layout optimization.
- Note: Countertop stone (Quartz/Spectra) and appliances are charged separately.
Bespoke PU Wardrobe with Premium Internals
Structure & Core
- Body Material: 100% Water-resistant HDHMR board used for the carcass structure to ensure longevity.
- Height: Capable of floor-to-ceiling height (up to 9ft).
- Internal Lining: Internals finished with premium textured wood-grain laminates (e.g., Light Oak or Walnut) instead of standard white liners.
Finish & Aesthetics
- External Finish: High-quality Polyurethane (PU) paint finish in Satin or Semi-Gloss with options for French molding or fluted patterns.
- Lighting: Integrated vertical LED profile lights with sensors that activate when doors open.
- Color: Custom color matching to room theme (Pantone/RAL).
Hardware
- Operation: Soft-close hinges and drawer channels (Blum/Hettich/Hafele equivalent).
- Handles: Choice of concealed profile handles (Gola) or decorative Gold/Rose Gold SS handles.

- Internal Frame: Seasoned and treated Marandi wood structure (termite resistant) with ply reinforcement.
- Cushioning: Multi-layered High-Density Foam (40 Density + Super Soft layer) from reputed brands like Sleepwell to prevent sagging.
- Suspension: High-tensile elastic webbing or S-spring support system.
Upholstery & Detailing
- Fabric: Premium Suede, Velvet, or Leatherette chosen for high durability (Martindale rub count >15,000).
- Tailoring: Double-stitching for strength and aligned piping.
- Accents: Integration of Gold SS metal strips into armrests or bases.
- Legs: Custom PVD Gold metal legs or polished wooden legs with brass caps.
Statement Center Table (Inlay & Metal)
Design & Craftsmanship
- Surface: Choice of Handcrafted Bone Inlay (geometric patterns) OR Exotic Stone slab (Brazilian Granite/Onyx).
- Coating: Specialized 7-Layer Polyester Coating applied to achieve a glass-like, non-yellowing, high-gloss mirror finish.
- Durability: The polyester sealing creates a water and stain-resistant top surface.
Metal Base
- Material: High-grade Stainless Steel (SS 304) framework.
- Finish: PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) Gold or Rose Gold titanium coating.
- Quality: The PVD finish is a hard, scratch-resistant metallic bond, superior to standard spray paints.

How I Work With You
- We start with ideas and 3D renders, so you actually see your furniture before it's real.
- Materials? I walk you through the choices, and I’ll be honest about what lasts and what doesn’t.
- Manufacturing is all done in-house. I’m always around, making sure nothing slips.
- My personal QC is my promise - I don’t let anything leave until I’ve inspected it myself.

I stick to HDHMR boards, high-quality veneers, and fabrics that stand up to daily life. No particle board, no low-grade MDF. For those who love details, I do bone inlay and high-sheen polyester finish.
