About Our Services & Process
Unlike agencies that outsource fabrication, we run our own CNC workshop in Greater Noida. This means we control the entire process, from file optimization for laser cutting to the final PU paint finish. When you work with us, you are dealing directly with the fabricators, which allows for tighter quality control and shorter lead times on custom metal screens or carved panels.
Our process is built on clarity and technical precision. It starts with your vision, whether that is a rough sketch for a metal partition or a floor plan for a modular kitchen. We take your concept and run it through a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) check. Because we have our own CNC and fiber laser cutting setup in Greater Noida, we catch issues before a single piece of material is cut.
Once the design is locked, we move to fabrication. We work with materials ranging from stainless steel and mild steel to MDF, Corian, and solid wood. Whether it is a laser-cut jali for a balcony railing or a 3D carved door panel, we ensure the finish meets the specified standard—be it powder coating for metal or PU paint for woodwork. Finally, we handle the on-site installation, ensuring that every panel or partition fits the space exactly as intended. This end-to-end control is why we can offer rapid prototyping and maintain high accuracy.
