Before we put you on a squat rack, we conduct a mandatory 60-90 minute biomechanical assessment, including 7-step FMS testing and joint range of motion analysis. This reveals your specific muscle imbalances and injury risks immediately, allowing us to build a custom training roadmap that fixes your weak links rather than just adding generic gym reps.
