About Behind the Scenes: My Process

You might notice I steer clear of heavy fondant whenever I can, and it is not just a preference. I rely on Italian Meringue Buttercream for my base because it creates those clean, sharp edges you see in my photos while keeping the cake light, silky, and balanced in sweetness.
