About Behind the Scenes: My Process
You might notice I steer clear of heavy fondant whenever I can, and it is not just a preference. I rely on Italian Meringue Buttercream for my base because it creates those clean, sharp edges you see in my photos while keeping the cake light, silky, and balanced in sweetness.
My process starts with understanding your specific vision. Whether it is a fandom-inspired cake or a classic floral design, I map out every detail to ensure it matches the vibe of your event. For tiered cakes, structural integrity is my top priority. I use central food-safe dowels and support boards to ensure your cake survives transport across Bengaluru and handles venue temperatures without losing its shape.
My sponge layers are filled with rich flavors like chocolate hazelnut or vanilla coconut, then carefully crumb-coated and chilled to set. The decoration is where I get to play with textures. Whether it is stencilling, gold leaf accents, or arranging fresh flowers like lisianthus, everything is done with precision. I prepare everything within 48 hours of your delivery, so when you finally take a bite, it tastes as fresh as it looks.
