Buttercream > Fondant (But I Do Both!)
Honestly, I’m all about that rich, silky Italian Meringue Buttercream. It just tastes better! But hey, some designs need fondant magic. I now make detailed fondant cake toppers for those ideas that need extra oomph, but the base? Always my signature buttercream.
