My sizzling brownie is a treat for all the senses. A warm, nut-topped brownie is served on a sizzling hot plate, then topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce for a delicious, steamy dessert.
A perfect example of my fusion creations, the Gulab Jamun Waffle. A freshly made waffle is topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whole gulab jamuns, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and chopped nuts.
This is my unique Gulab Jamun Ice Cream, made live on a cold stone. I chop and mix my homemade gulab jamuns into a sweet cream base, then roll it up and top it with a whole gulab jamun and chocolate sauce.
