This is my signature mithai platter, a perfect showcase of our traditional Indian sweets. It features a variety of treats including Ghewar, soft Gulab Jamuns, juicy Rasgullas, classic Barfi, crispy Imarti, and creamy Rabri, all made with pure desi ghee.
Experience the drama of my sizzling brownie. A warm, fudgy brownie is served on a hot sizzler plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce, creating a steamy, delicious spectacle.
Here's a fusion favorite, the Gulab Jamun Ice Cream Roll. I chop up my homemade gulab jamuns and blend them into a creamy ice cream base, which is then hand-rolled live right in front of you for a unique dessert experience.
My Coconut Milkshake is a truly refreshing treat. I blend fresh coconut water and tender coconut meat with creamy milk and a touch of honey, serving it right back in the natural coconut shell for an authentic tropical flavor.
Enjoy my soft and spongy Rasmalai, soaked in thick, saffron-infused milk. I serve it chilled in a traditional kulhad, or clay pot, which enhances the earthy flavor and keeps the dessert perfectly cool.
This is my showstopper flaming dessert. A delicate sphere of chocolate is placed over a bed of cotton candy, and then flaming whiskey is poured over it, melting the chocolate to reveal the delicious dessert inside.

Watch as I prepare my popular Oreo Nutella Ice Cream Rolls. I crush Oreo cookies and mix them with Nutella and an ice cream base on a frozen pan, then skillfully roll it into perfect swirls, topped with more chocolate and candies.

What you see in this collection is a mix of the two worlds we live in. We love the nostalgia of traditional Indian mithai, which is why our Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai, and Ghewar are crafted strictly with pure desi ghee and fresh khoya. We do not use refined oils or factory shortcuts.
On the other hand, we love to experiment. You will find our fusion side here too—like our live-rolled ice cream mixed with crushed Oreos, or the Sizzling Brownie that is a total showstopper.
We deliver across Delhi NCR. Since we keep our batches small to maintain quality, we recommend checking in with us early if you are planning a treat for a larger group or a specific celebration.
