Our Commitment to You
When you trust us with your treasured sarees, we don't take it lightly. Here is how we handle the process, the tough days, and our promise to get it right.
We believe in being honest about the process. Some days are hard, and this was one of them where we didn't get it right the first time. But our promise is to always take responsibility and work on it until you are completely happy with your outfit.
This is a real look into our process. We have endless conversations and brainstorming sessions to make sure every detail is perfect, especially when something in an outfit feels a little off.
Wondering why you should choose us? We transform your old treasures, provide end-to-end service from fabric to final outfit, and deliver your custom pieces right to your door.
About Our Commitment to You
I am not perfect, and neither is the process of custom tailoring. Sometimes a stitch goes wrong or a fitting isn't quite right. When that happens, I don't hide it. We bring the piece back, fix the technical error, and ensure you walk out with the outfit you imagined, even if it takes a few extra sessions at our Punjabi Bagh studio.
Customizing outfits is rarely a straight line. Whether we are repurposing a mother's vintage saree into a lehenga or creating a new silhouette, we deal with variables like fabric age, stains, and complex patterns.
The Reality of Custom Work
We don't believe in magic that happens behind closed doors. Our process involves endless conversations and brainstorming sessions to ensure your vision aligns with the fabric's integrity. If the saree is too short, we discuss adding matching panels or borders. If the bodice doesn't sit right, we refine the internal boning or adjust the darts.
Our Process
- Assessment: We inspect your fabric for damage and discuss what is realistically possible.
- Construction: We use YKK zippers, premium interlining, and panel cutting to give structure to old sarees.
- Feedback Loop: If you aren't happy, I personally step in. We don't consider an order complete just because it's stitched. We want it to be something you actually enjoy wearing again.
Building a small, 'made in India' brand means we are accountable for every piece that leaves our studio. You aren't just getting an outfit; you are getting a team that owns the process from start to finish.
