A party doesn't just happen. Get a real look at the work that goes into our event setups, from structural frames to final flourishes.
This video shows our team member carefully assembling the props for a Disney Princess themed party. Every detail is handled with care to ensure a high-quality result.
Here you can see the groundwork for a large outdoor event. Our team is building the archway structure that will soon be transformed with drapes and balloons for a grand entrance.
About Behind the Scenes
Real setup work isn't always glamorous. Before the guests arrive, you will find my team on-site with raw frames, heavy-duty tape, and measuring tools, not just balloons. We spend that extra hour getting the flex backdrop perfectly tight and the balloon arches symmetric, because a drooping backdrop or a loose frame can ruin the entire vibe of your party photos.
When you book a theme party with us, you are not just getting a list of items; you are getting a team that treats the setup process as a critical part of the event. Whether we are transforming a cozy home in Malad or a large banquet hall in South Mumbai, the priority remains the same: structural integrity.
The Setup Process
We start with the frame. For a 6x8 ft or 8x8 ft backdrop, we don't just lean things against the wall. We secure the wooden or ring frame to ensure it stays rock solid, even when kids are running around nearby. We use matte-finish prints to prevent glare in your photos, ensuring that the character cutouts and names pop exactly as they should.
Why Quality Matters
I often tell my clients: 'Ret todun kaam ghenare tumhi, aani kamacha darja vadhvun kaam karnare aamhi' (You are the ones who get work by breaking rates, and we are the ones who work by improving quality). That is why we use 400 to 600 balloons for our full themes. This isn't just a number; it’s about density. A sparse balloon garland looks cheap, but a full, organic-style arrangement provides that premium, high-volume look.
Handling The Details
From checking the LED PAR lights before we arrive to ensuring the cold pyro equipment is positioned for safety during the cake cutting, every step is calculated. We don't believe in 'quick and dirty' work. We believe in showing up early, setting up properly, and ensuring that when you walk into the room, it looks like a celebration, not a construction zone.
