A typical day for me involves visiting project sites to ensure work is progressing as planned and quality is maintained. This video shows me on-site, checking on carpentry work and finalizing veneer selections for a project.
My process is collaborative, involving my team, vendors, and clients at every step. This reel shows moments from site visits, material selection meetings with my team, and on-site discussions to ensure the design vision is executed perfectly.
A project in its early stages. This video shows a site during the civil work phase, which is the foundation of any good interior project. My end-to-end management covers everything from this raw stage to the final finishing touches.
In this modern bedroom, I used bold, organic curves and integrated LED lighting to create a dramatic and artistic feature wall. This space is a testament to how we can blend unique architectural elements with practical needs like a study nook for a truly personalized room.
For this 4 BHK house, I designed a living room that feels both modern and deeply connected to Indian roots. The space combines contemporary furniture with traditional patterns and textures, creating a warm, inviting area for the family to gather.
The standout feature of this cafe project is the standalone bar. I used arched shelving, patterned floor tiles, and warm, ambient lighting to create a distinct and inviting focal point that defines the entire character of the commercial space.
This is a glimpse into an industrial-style office I designed. The goal was to create a motivating and collaborative environment using a mix of raw textures, bold colors, and modern furniture, complete with an open-plan waiting area.
About The Turnkey Process: Behind the Scenes
Most of the stress in home interiors comes from managing multiple vendors and inconsistent quality. My role is to bridge that gap. When you walk into a site with me, you are not just seeing plans. You are seeing materials being checked for authenticity and carpentry work being verified against the budget we agreed upon, ensuring the final output matches the 3D vision we created together.
How We Manage Your Project
Turning a design into reality is not just about choosing colors. It is about logistics, coordination, and quality control. At Estilo Designs, I act as your single point of contact. This means you do not have to coordinate between the carpenter, the painter, and the electrician.
The Workflow

Concept & Visuals: We begin with your lifestyle assessment. I create 2D layouts and 3D renders so you can see exactly how the space will function before we buy a single screw. You can request changes here, preventing expensive surprises later.

Material Transparency: I personally select and check every material. We use BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood for kitchens and BWR for wardrobes. You will know exactly what you are paying for, from the Hettich or Hafele hardware in your cabinets to the specific brand of laminate on your shutters.

On-Site Execution: My team handles civil work, electrical, and finishing. I am physically present on-site to monitor progress. We do not do quick fixes or 'jugaad'. If a finish is not right, we redo it. My goal is to deliver a space that is move-in ready, without the drama of pending work.

Budget Clarity: You receive a detailed budget breakdown before we start. Whether you choose our standard modular execution or our premium veneer and PU polish finish, you will know where every rupee goes.
By keeping the process lean and handling the heavy lifting, I ensure that your home remains a place of peace, not a source of stress.
