You are the one holding the beater, weighing the flour, and feeling the consistency of the batter while I stand right there to guide you.
Learning to bake is a science, not a guessing game. In these private sessions, we move at your pace, not a group pace. If you are struggling to get the whipped cream consistency right, we pause and fix it until you understand the texture. If you want to learn how to stack a heavy cake without it leaning, we practice the support structure until it is solid.

I walk you through my vendor lists for ingredients and explain how to calculate your costs, which is essential if you plan to turn your hobby into a business.
