This 3D bungalow cake was one of my most exciting challenges, made for an architect's 50th birthday. It shows that if you can dream it, I can bake it. The entire structure, from the tiled roof to the tiny patio furniture, is completely edible.
This three-tier mermaid cake is a perfect example of how I bring fairytales to life. It features ocean-inspired colors, edible sea creatures, and even fairy lights to create a magical underwater world for a special birthday.
For a truly grand celebration, I created this three-tier eggless chocolate roasted hazelnut wedding cake. It combines rich flavor with the elegance of fresh flowers and delicate 24K gold leaf accents, making it a memorable centerpiece.
This tiered lotus cake was a labor of love, crafted for a Janmashtami celebration. I handmade around 250 individual gumpaste petals to create the blooming lotus effect, with a delicious Red Velvet cake inside.
I believe in using only the best ingredients, and this Mango Cheesecake is proof. It's made with a velvety eggless cheesecake base and topped with fresh Alphonso mango pulp and chunks, capturing the true taste of the season.
Sometimes, a celebration calls for pure indulgence. This chocolate cake is loaded with Ferrero Rocher chocolates, assorted nuts, and rich chocolate pieces, making it a favorite for anyone who loves a decadent treat.
I love making kids' birthdays special, like with this detailed construction theme cake. It features edible trucks, traffic signs, and a fun 'under construction' site, all designed to delight the little one.
An engagement is a beautiful milestone, and this two-tier cake was designed to celebrate just that. The elegant pink and white design with a geometric gold pattern is adorned with fresh peonies, creating a modern and romantic look.
It was an honor to create this construction-themed cake for Radhika Gupta's son. Meeting inspiring people and being part of their family's happy moments is the most rewarding part of my work.

From gravity-defying 3D structures like our bungalow cakes to delicate multi-tier designs for weddings, our process relies on ensuring the cake stays stable without relying on artificial fillers. Since we work exclusively with egg-free recipes, our biggest challenge—and joy—is keeping our sponges moist and perfectly shaped, no matter how complex the design.
When you ask for a custom theme, we stop thinking about standard recipes and start planning a build. Whether it is a replica of a building for an architect’s milestone or a whimsical mermaid scene, we focus on the structural integrity of the cake. We use internal doweling and support systems to make sure that even a ten-kilogram structure stays upright until the moment you cut it.
Our kitchen in Parel and Kandivali is strictly egg-free, so you never have to worry about who can eat which slice. We refuse to use artificial jelly or canned fruit fillers. If you see a mango cake in our gallery, that is fresh Alphonso pulp and real mango bits. If you see a 3D sculpture, that is hand-molded fondant and sponge designed to support the weight.
Because we are a team of ten, we have the capacity to handle everything from single-tier birthdays to large-scale event orders. We work directly with you during the planning phase to finalize sketches and flavors, ensuring that the visual impact is matched by the taste.
