The most exciting part of visiting us isn't just the smell of fresh baking; it's seeing it happen. At our open kitchens, you can watch our bakers layer your choice of sponge, add the cream, and decorate it while you wait. We do not keep old stock, so whether you order a classic Black Forest or a fusion Rasmalai cake, it gets prepared right in front of you—usually in about seven minutes.
We do not believe in the 'bake now, sell later' model. By keeping our kitchen live, we ensure that every slice of happiness is as fresh as possible. This transparency extends to all our products, from our signature fusion cakes—like our Thandai and Kesar Pista blends—to our daily essentials like croissants and pastries.
Because we work with an eggless, vegetable-oil base, our sponges stay incredibly soft and light. If you have a specific vision, like a photo cake or a tiered design for a big event, we bring that to life with the same live-kitchen energy.
