Cream Pastry Slices & Fudgy Brownies
Product Specs
Single triangular slice (approx 80g to 100g) or square brownie cut (approx 60g). Served on a disposable plate with a plastic fork.
Pastry Composition
3 to 4 layers of soft sponge cake (Vanilla, Chocolate, or Red Velvet) soaked in sugar syrup. Layered with non-dairy whipped cream and fillings like fruit crush or chocolate ganache.
Brownie Texture
Dense, non-porous chocolate bake with a crinkly top crust. Variants include Walnut and Gooey Chocolate.
Popular Flavors
Pineapple, Black Forest, Triple Chocolate, Dark Fantasy, and Seasonal Fruit.
Dessert Jars, Tubs & Cheesecakes
Container Desserts
Transparent tubs or jars (150ml to 200ml) showcasing visible layers. Contains sponge cubes, flavored mousse, sauces, and crunchy elements like nuts or kunafa.
Cheesecake Slices
Biscuit crumb base topped with a thick 1.5 inch layer of cream cheese mixture (baked or cold set). Finished with fruit compote or spreads like Lotus Biscoff.
Tarts
Crisp buttery shortcrust pastry shells filled with set chocolate ganache or pastry cream.
Varieties
Kunafa Pistachio, Red Velvet, New York Cheesecake, Blueberry, and Mango Chocolate.
Cupcakes, Donuts & Macarons
Cupcakes
Standard size sponge base (Vanilla or Chocolate) with a high swirl of buttercream or whipped topping. Topped with sprinkles or chocolate chips.
Macarons
Eggless USP. Two almond flour meringue shells with a chewy interior, sandwiched with ganache or buttercream. Approx 3cm to 4cm diameter.
Donuts
Soft yeast-raised dough rings. Available as Sugar Glazed, Chocolate Dipped, or Cream Filled.
Flavors
Blueberry, Caramel, Pistachio, Strawberry, and Dark Chocolate.
Savory Puffs & Croissants
Indian Puffs
Square or triangular laminated pastry with many flaky layers. Stuffed with spicy fillings like Masala Potato, Green Peas, or Paneer Tikka.
Viennoiserie
Butter-rich laminated dough including Croissants and Danishes. Available plain or with Cheese/Chocolate fillings.
Quiches & Rolls
Savory tart shells with corn and spinach custard, or cheesy bread rolls.
Service
Items are heated before serving and accompanied by tomato ketchup packets.

- Cupcakes and muffins come in all sorts of flavors, from classic chocolate to Indian-inspired Mawa Muffin. Sometimes I go wild with toppings - sprinkles, fruit, even Ferrero Rocher.
- Brownies? Fudgy, gooey, and loaded with walnuts or Nutella. They’re my comfort food.

Hi, we’re 7th Heaven. All about making life a bit sweeter, no matter the day. Started small, now you’ll spot us almost everywhere - 350+ stores, crazy right? Our thing? You watch your cake get made, live. We mix up old-school mithaas (sweetness) like gulab jamun into cakes, just for fun. It’s not just baking for us. It’s sharing a little slice of happiness, even on random Tuesdays.
