About Meet Your Instructor, Naina
I host my classes at the Taglioni School of Performing Arts in Sector 57, and honestly, you do not need to worry about being a pro. Most people who join have never danced before, but I keep the group size between 15 and 25 so I can make sure everyone feels comfortable and has enough space to move. The mirrored studio keeps the energy high, and we always end the hour with a freestyle jam where you can just shake it off and have fun.
What to Expect
My sessions are designed for real people who want to move, not robots who want perfect choreography. We start with a mobility warm-up, move into a mix of Latin-inspired cardio, Bollyzumba, and high-power Zumbhangra, and always finish with a cool-down to keep you feeling good for the rest of your weekend.
Why My Classes Are Different
- No Judgement: Forget about whether your steps are perfect. The only wrong move is not dancing!
- The Jam Sesh: The final 5-8 minutes are for you. No steps, no pressure, just freestyle movement to end on a high.
- Community Vibe: We are a mix of ages and fitness levels. It is a space to de-stress, burn calories, and meet people who are there to have a good time.
The Setup
I teach at the Taglioni School of Performing Arts in Sector 57. The studio is equipped with shock-absorbent flooring, which is a lifesaver for your joints compared to a hard gym floor. We have full-wall mirrors and an AC environment to keep you cool while we turn up the heat with the music.
Important Details
- What to bring: Just yourself, water, and a towel.
- Facilities: There is an area to change, but no shower facilities on site.
- Sessions: I offer both drop-in passes and monthly subscriptions if you are ready to commit to the grind. Housefull hai Boss, so booking ahead is usually a good idea!
