This is our jamming session in full swing. We put on some desi beats and everyone just freestyles. It’s the perfect way to end a class, totally stress free.
About Freestyle Jam Sessions
Once we wrap up the core Bollywood and Latin cardio, we dive into 8 minutes of pure freestyle. It is not about following my lead or hitting the right count; it is about shaking off the week in a judgment-free circle. This is where you actually let go.
Why do I insist on this jam session at the end of every class? Because after 50 minutes of high-intensity cardio, your mind needs a break as much as your body does.
We meet at the Taglioni School of Performing Arts in Sector 57, and the atmosphere is always electric. My sessions are specifically designed for all levels, but the freestyle jam is the great equalizer. You do not need to be a dancer to enjoy this. You just need the willingness to move and the desire to leave the stress of the week on the dance floor.
I have seen people walk in feeling drained from a long work week and leave with a massive smile after the jam. We keep the music loud, the beats heavy with Zumbhangra and Bollywood tracks, and the energy high. If you are worried about your moves, stop. Nobody is looking at your feet. We are all just there to sweat, laugh, and burn those last few calories with a freestyle mix that gets everyone moving. It is the perfect wrap-up to the session before we do our cool-down stretches to ensure you do not wake up sore the next day.
