About High-Energy Routines
Here is the real talk: my sessions are designed to be high-cardio, but the focus is 100% on keeping the vibe alive. We don't just follow static steps. I blend Latin cardio, Bollyzumba, and Zumbhangra so you never get bored. Whether you are a pro or have two left feet, my choreography is easy to follow so you spend less time thinking and more time burning those calories. We sweat, we laugh, and we finish every single class with a freestyle jamming session where the only rule is to just keep moving.
Why My Routines Work
Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. My sessions at Taglioni School of Performing Arts are built around the 'Rise and Grind' philosophy, but with a massive side of fun. We mix classic Zumba moves with the intensity of Bhangra and the grooves of Bollywood to keep your heart rate up for the full 60 minutes.
What To Expect
- The Warm-Up: We start by getting the body moving and blood pumping.
- The Cardio Core: This is where we hit the high-energy routines, switching between Latin, Bollyzumba, and Zumbhangra beats.
- The Jam Session: My absolute favorite part. We drop the choreography, crank up the music, and just dance for 5-8 minutes. No steps, no pressure, just freestyle fun.
- The Cool-Down: We wrap up with essential stretches so you can walk normally the next day.

We train in a professional mirrored studio in Sector 57, Gurgaon. You get the benefit of a shock-absorbent floor that saves your joints, full-wall mirrors to check your form, and high-quality sound that makes you want to move.
