About Motivation & Inspiration
Many people think they need to be pro dancers to join, but my classes at the Taglioni School are built on the no judgment rule. Whether you have two left feet or just want to burn stress, the only wrong move here is not showing up. Come for the cardio, stay for the jamming session.

The Process
We keep it simple:
- Warm-up: We prime the body for movement.
- The Mix: I blend classic Latin cardio with Bollyzumba and Zumbhangra to keep things fresh.
- The Jamming Sesh: This is the heart of our sessions. For 5 to 8 minutes, we freestyle. No choreography, no counting steps, just you and the music.
