About Guided Dog-Friendly Hikes
Why I Do These Hikes
My own dog showed me that dogs need way more than a quick stroll. Sniffing around, running free, and just being a dog - that’s what truly lights them up. These hikes aren’t your usual walks. I wanted something real for our dogs and us, so that’s how these weekly nature expeditions started.
What To Expect
We’re not just walking on roads. We go out to proper trails outside Bangalore, away from the city chaos. In a small group, we hit dog-friendly lakes, explore hilly terrain, and let the dogs have some solid off-leash nature adventures (where safe). Some spots have water, so swimming and water masti (fun) are a big part of it.
How It Helps Your Dog
- Builds serious confidence as they explore new places
- Perfect for anxious pups - nature’s a real stress buster
- Safe socialising with other dogs and people, but always with me keeping an eye
- You and your dog get to bond in a way you just can’t on city walks
Safety & My Role
I’m always there, making sure everyone’s safe. We go at the group’s pace, with lots of breaks for water and rest, so no one gets too tired or overwhelmed. Every dog’s different, and I keep that in mind.
Other Bits
These are actual treks - not walks in parks. If your dog loves adventure and you want them to experience more than just city life, this is for you.

Zoella Dog Training
My Story
People always say my dogs are so chill now, but man, it wasn’t always like this. Zoey, my golden retriever, came into my life during lockdown and turned it upside down. She was wild, sensitive, sick sometimes, and honestly, I cried a lot. But that messy journey made me obsessed with understanding dogs. Ended up getting certified, started Zoella Dog Training, and now my dogs are pampered brats. I get it when pet parents struggle – been there! It’s all about patience, sticking with it, and finding that bond.
