Transport & Logistics
- Round-trip travel in a private tourist mini-bus or Tempo Traveller with standard push-back seats.
- Pickup and drop-off at designated South Bangalore points (typically Jayanagar).
- Covers all driver allowances, state tolls, and parking charges.
Meals & Nutrition
- Breakfast: South Indian vegetarian breakfast (Idli/Vada/Coffee) at a highway restaurant.
- Lunch: Simple, authentic local vegetarian meal (Rice bath, Palya, Curd rice) provided at the base or nearby town.
- Snacks: Light refreshments provided during the trail.
Coaching & Experience
- Expert Leadership: Led by Coach Shushanth with active route navigation.
- Fitness Focus: Structured pre-trek mobility warm-ups, motivational mindset talks, and post-trek cool-down stretches.
- Permits: Includes Forest Department entry fees or Betta maintenance charges.

My Story
Fitness with us is not just about sweating in a gym. We started The ಬೆಟ್ಟ Trail (The Betta Trail) to get folks out, climbing hills, finding themselves on rocky paths. Team Shushanth is all about community - we run, trek, and train together. Watching someone go from losing a few kilos to smashing the TCS 10k, that’s our high. Nature teaches, and every step up a betta (hill) is a lesson. We’re here for body, mind, and a bit of adventure.
