- Masonry stable (approx. 10ft x 12ft) with ceiling fans and ventilation for temperature control.
- Bedding management using sawdust or shavings with daily mucking and fresh top-ups.
- Unlimited access to sand riding arena, lunging rings, and wash bays.
Nutrition & Grooming
- 3 daily feeds mixing roughage (Hay/Lucerne) and concentrates (Oats/Bran/Barley) based on workload.
- Twice daily grooming sessions by trained syces including brushing and hoof picking.
- Regular full-body bathing using equine-safe products.
- Administration of owner-provided supplements.
Health & Management
- Daily supervised turnout or lunging exercise.
- Daily visual health checks for injuries or laminitis symptoms.
- Storage space in tack room for saddle, bridle, and kit.
- Coordination with visiting vets and farriers (professional fees billed separately).

JP Nagar’s full of noise, so we made a corner where you can just chill with horses and maybe find a bit of yourself too. You know, horses get you - no words needed.
