Welcome Home & Room Decor Package
Entrance & Pathway
- Rose Petal Pathway: Dense sprinkling of fresh rose petals (approx. 1 kg) mixed with marigold on steps or hallway.
- Doorway Arch: Standard balloon semi-arch or column (60-80 balloons) framing the main door.
- Signage: One 'Welcome Home' or 'It's a Boy/Girl' printed foam board/banner.
Room Setup
- Wall Decor: 16-inch foil letter balloons spelling 'WELCOME BABY' (or name) on the main wall.
- Themed Foils: 3-4 large foil balloons (Bottle, Stroller, Footprint, or Moon shape).
- Ceiling & Floor: 40-50 loose balloons with ribbons taped to the ceiling and 30+ air-filled balloons on the floor.
Execution
- Time: Setup takes 60-90 minutes.
- Note: Balloons are yours to keep; team does not return for cleanup.
Traditional Naming & Mundan Decor
Backdrop Area
- Background: 6x6 ft wall area covered with metallic foil curtains (Gold/Silver) or cloth drapes.
- Structure: Inverted-U shaped balloon arch (approx. 200 balloons) framing the backdrop.
- Floral Touch: 10-15 fresh Marigold (Genda) strings hanging or twisted around the balloon arch.
- Signage: Paper bunting for 'Naming Ceremony' or 'Mundan Ceremony'.
Ceremonial Elements
- Cradle Decor: Tulle/net fabric and artificial flower vines draped on the baby's cradle (cradle provided by client).
- Floor: Small floral rangoli or balloon cluster at the base of the backdrop.
Circular Ring & Neon Backdrop
Structure & Lights
- Ring Setup: 6x6 ft iron ring stand draped in white or themed lycra fabric.
- Neon Sign: Rental of one standard LED Neon sign (Generic 'Oh Baby', 'Happy Birthday').
- Balloon Garland: L-shaped organic style garland (approx. 300 mixed-size balloons) covering half the ring.
Props
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (metal/fiber) for cake and favors.
- Decor: 5-6 themed paper butterfly cutouts and 4-6 bunches of artificial flowers integrated into the garland.
Logistics
- Transport: Includes tempo charges for heavy props.
- Rental: Props are rented for 3-4 hours; security deposit may apply for neon signs.
Grand Themed Stage Setup (8x8 ft)
Main Structure
- Backdrop: 8x8 ft or 10x8 ft wooden frame with custom printed flex (includes Child's Name and Photo).
- Balloon Styling: Heavy balloon decor around the backdrop borders (approx. 500+ balloons).
- Cutouts: 3 to 4 large Sunboard character cutouts (approx. 3ft height) placed on stage.
Lighting & Furniture
- Marquee Light: One large LED number (approx. 3-4 ft tall) representing the age.
- Focus Lights: 2-4 LED Par cans to illuminate the backdrop.
- Cake Table: One themed podium or cylinder.
Essentials
- Flooring: Basic carpet (Red/Blue/Green) for the stage area (10x10 ft).
- Design: Includes digital proofing of the flex design before printing.
