Standard Welcome Baby Home Setup
Entrance & Walkway
- Balloon Pillars: 2 Spiral or stacked balloon columns (approx. 4-5ft height) placed at the main door or room entrance.
- Floral Touch: A basic pathway created using fresh rose petals leading into the room (approx. 500g - 1kg of loose petals).
Main Wall Display
- Text Foils: Large 16-inch foil balloons spelling "WELCOME BABY", "IT'S A BOY", or "IT'S A GIRL" in Gold, Silver, Blue, or Pink.
- Character Foils: 4 to 5 large themed foil balloons pasted on the wall (Includes mix of: Baby face, Milk Bottle, Stroller/Pram, Footprints).
- Backdrop Accents: Simple fairy lights (LED string lights) draped behind the foils or around the headboard area.
Room Scatter & Ceiling
- Ceiling Bunches: 20-30 Latex balloons attached to the ceiling with dangling ribbons (using masking tape/glue dots).
- Loose Balloons: 20-30 Air-filled balloons scattered on the floor or bed for a fuller look.
- Colors: Standard choice of Blue/White/Silver (Boy) or Pink/White/Rose Gold (Girl).

- Setup Time: Takes approximately 90-120 minutes.

Backdrop Configuration

Bringing home your baby? I can fill your house with a warm, happy vibe. Basic setups include bunches on walls and ceilings, balloon pillars at the entrance, and welcome baby girl or boy foils. I also bring in cute baby-shaped balloons like tiny bottles or baby feet. If you want it grander, I can do a backdrop behind the bed with fairy lights or a custom round display with your baby’s name.
First Birthday Themes
First birthdays are always special. I love doing different first birthday balloon themes - like jungle animals, Boss Baby, unicorns, or pastel rainbows. I can add marquee numbers, shimmer curtains, neon signs, or a custom name balloon display. If your child loves Cocomelon, that's doable too.
Baby Shower & More
I set up 'Oh Baby' rings with big balloons and neon signs for baby showers. For gender reveal balloon decoration, pink or blue themes are easy to do. Even if it’s a small milestone like 4 or 6 months, I make it cute and simple.
