- Duration: Setup time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Rentals valid for 24 hours.
Balloon Arrangements
- Entrance Arch: One 7ft x 4ft standard door-frame arch OR an organic L-shaped semi-arch.
- Volume: Approximately 200-300 balloons (Latex pastel/matte mixed with Chrome/Metallic).
- Foil Accents: 3-5 themed foil balloons (e.g., Stroller, Baby Foot, Gender reveal text) integrated into the arch.
Backdrop & Props
- Backdrop: Choice of a 6x6 ft shimmer wall panel OR a printed flex backdrop with standard themes (Cocomelon, Welcome Baby).
- Signage: One generic neon sign OR a printed sunboard cutout on a wooden easel.
- Floor Props: 1-2 small rental props (wooden crate, 2ft teddy bear, or baby character cutout).
- Carpet: 4x4 ft artificial grass patch or fur rug for the photo zone.

Entrance & Walkway
- Entrance: Distinct themed balloon arch at the venue entry.
- Welcome Board: Personalized board on easel with balloon bunch.
- Walkway: 4-6 small balloon pillars or floor bouquets lining the path.
Props & Electricals
- Themed Props: High-end rentals like picket fences, street lamps, or fiberglass items.
- Lighting: 4-6 LED PAR lights and extension boards (visible wiring taping is standard).
