About A Bit About Me
My training philosophy is built on the messy reality of getting better. Whether you are coming back from an ACL injury or just trying to find your footing in the gym, I do not just count reps. I help you navigate the mental struggle of showing up on the days you feel like you cannot, blending strength work with mindfulness to keep you moving.
Beyond the Workout
Fitness for me is never just about big muscles or hitting a personal best on the scale. After my own ACL and meniscus surgery, I learned that real strength is about showing up even when you feel broken. I bring this same philosophy to our sessions at Cultfit in HSR and Koramangala.
My Approach to Your Goals
I treat your body with the respect of a healer. We work on:
- Holistic Strength: We mix heavy lifting (deadlifts, squats) with yoga mobility so you feel powerful but also fluid.
- Mindful Rehab: If you are recovering from an injury, we focus on gait correction and joint stability. We move at your pace, using my own 'Jaane do' (let it go) philosophy to let go of the pressure to be perfect and instead focus on being consistent.
- Customized Pacing: Every plan is unique. Some days we push hard, other days we focus on restorative movement. We adjust to how your body feels that day, not just what is on a spreadsheet.

Because I have been where you are. I know the frustration of limited mobility and the fear of re-injury. I am here to help you get stronger, not just for the gym, but for life. Whether we are doing Vinyasa flows or heavy kettlebell conditioning, my goal is to help you leave the session feeling a little more capable than when you walked in.
