Nature has a way of resetting the mind. From the stillness of Coorg to the energy of Adiyogi, I find that practicing outdoors deepens the breath and grounds the spirit. It is where I find my own flow, and I hope it inspires yours.

Practicing pranayama by the water. Here, I demonstrate both an energizing breath (Bhastrika) and a cooling one (Nadi Shuddhi) in a beautiful natural setting.

Part of my "Hip Mobility Monday" series, filmed outdoors. This flow from Malasana to lunges feels even better with fresh air and a connection to the earth.

An active lizard stretch in the park. Practicing hip openers outdoors helps to ground your energy and deepen your connection with nature.

An active butterfly flow, moving from a forward fold to a reverse table top, surrounded by greenery. Nature makes every movement feel more alive.

Practicing Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) lunges in the park. The stability of the earth beneath my feet helps to ground and strengthen the pose.

A dynamic flow from Malasana to a twisted forward bend, filmed outdoors. The open space allows for a greater sense of freedom in movement.

Har Har Mahadev. Practicing Kali Asana in front of the magnificent Adiyogi statue at Isha Yoga Center. A truly powerful and spiritual experience.

My peaceful retreat. Practicing Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) against the stunning backdrop of a waterfall at Ayatana, Coorg.

A 40-minute yoga practice in front of the Adiyogi statue. This is a full flow including warm-ups, asanas, and pranayama in a deeply spiritual setting.

A relaxed evening yoga practice at Isha, Coimbatore. This flow includes a variety of poses, including tripod headstand variations, in a serene environment.

About Yoga in Scenic Locations

Many ask if I only teach outdoors. The truth is, these scenic spots are my personal reset button. My real coaching happens on 1-on-1 video calls where we focus on your specific aches, mobility drills, and hormonal needs. Nature is for inspiration, but your living room is where the real work happens.
