Strength training is a core part of our personalized programs. Here, a client performs a cable fly, an excellent exercise for building lean muscle in the chest, enhancing endurance, and boosting metabolism.

A great workout is even better with a friend. This video shows a partner strength session featuring a variety of upper body exercises like cable face pulls, barbell shoulder presses, and lat pulldowns to build a strong and balanced physique.

When your trainer says "go lower," it's because they know you can. This humorous clip shows the push and motivation we provide during tough sets, like this heavy barbell squat, to help you break through your limits safely.

We focus on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. These exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, which helps burn more calories and build functional strength efficiently.

About Personalized Strength Training

The most common feedback I get is about the gym anxiety people face elsewhere, like waiting for a squat rack or wondering if their form is actually safe. With us, that stops. We limit the number of people on the floor at any given time, meaning you get immediate access to equipment and, more importantly, a trainer whose eyes never leave your form.

I built YKBI because I wanted a space where fitness was actually personal. Big gyms might have rows of machines, but they rarely offer the guidance needed to ensure every rep counts. My approach to strength training rejects the cookie-cutter model. Instead, we use your first session to identify your current fitness level, any previous injuries, and your specific goals.

We focus heavily on Time Under Tension and compound movements like squats and deadlifts to build functional muscle that serves you outside the gym. You won't find generic routines here. Your trainer will adjust the intensity mid-set, ensuring you are challenged but safe.

We operate studios across Mumbai, including Bandra, Juhu, Matunga, Andheri, and Cuffe Parade, as well as locations in Gurugram and Indore. Each facility is temperature-controlled and meticulously maintained, so you can walk in, focus on your work, and walk out feeling a sense of accomplishment. Whether you want to improve your posture, burn body fat, or simply gain confidence in lifting, we have the space and the expertise to help you get there.
