About Behind the Scenes: Jams & Trial Shows
Our studio sessions are intentionally designed to mimic a real stage, not a classroom. We use professional setups—Pearl drums, Marshall amps, and Shure mics—so you aren't just learning scales, you're learning how to sound like a band. When you jam here, you're preparing for live gigs, making mistakes, and finding your own groove in a supportive environment.
Why We Rehearse Differently
Most music schools focus on solo practice. At Yellow Lights, we focus on the art of accompaniment. Our studio in Kavesar is set up for live interaction because we believe you learn more in an hour of jamming than in three hours of solo practice.
The Trial Show Experience
We regularly host in-studio trial shows for parents and peers. These aren't polished, high-pressure recitals. They are raw, honest moments where students test their mettle. You get to play with a full setup, handle your own sound checks, and experience the 'stage rush' before you hit a public venue. This is where you learn to handle nerves and fix mistakes on the fly—the hallmarks of a real musician.
