From Metallica riffs to Sabbath rhythms, we don’t just teach you the notes. We teach you the raw power and technical grit needed to own the stage.

Our students brought the house down with this heavy cover of "Enter Sandman" by Metallica. This is the result of months of focused practice and learning to play with precision and power.

All aboard the Crazy Train. Our band's explosive cover of the Ozzy Osbourne classic, complete with high-voltage riffs and a driving rhythm section.

Our tribute to the Prince of Darkness continues with this powerful cover of "Iron Man". Our students bring the raw energy and heavy sound that this timeless Black Sabbath track deserves.

Another clip from our Ozzy Osbourne tribute, this time covering "Crazy Train" in our jam room. This shows the intense practice that goes into preparing for a live performance.

For World Music Day, we closed our countdown with the iconic "Immigrant Song" by Led Zeppelin. Our young students channeled the primal energy and power of this classic rock anthem.

Exploring the infectious groove of funk rock with a cover of "Can't Stop" by Red Hot Chili Peppers. This genre helps our students develop a strong sense of rhythm and character in their playing.

The raw, explosive energy of "Killing in the Name" by Rage Against the Machine. We explore nu-metal and rap metal, genres that blend aggressive riffs with lyrical fire.

This performance of "Breaking the Law" by Judas Priest was from one of our trial shows. These internal shows give students a safe space to make mistakes and build confidence before a public gig.

In the classroom, our student Medhansh is mastering the fiery riffs of "Breaking the Law". This is where the foundation for a powerful stage performance is built.

A young student, Hrian, rocking out to an AC/DC track on the drums. We introduce our students to rock legends early on to build a strong rhythmic foundation.

About Rock & Metal Anthems

You won't just be playing scales in a quiet room. Every student here follows our 8-module curriculum designed specifically to move you from bedroom practice to playing live sets. We focus on 'musicianship'—that means learning how to lock in with your drummer and bassist, understanding the groove behind the riff, and building the confidence to survive a live gig without freezing up.

Rock and metal are about more than just volume—they require precision, stamina, and an understanding of the interplay between instruments. At Yellow Lights, we break down legendary tracks not just to copy them, but to deconstruct what makes them work. Whether it is mastering the odd time signatures of Tool or the aggressive riffs of Rage Against the Machine, we treat every song as a technical challenge.

We believe that if you can handle the complexity of a prog riff or the groove of a funk-rock bassline, you can play anything. Our studio in Kavesar, Thane, is equipped with Pearl drum kits and Kustom amps to ensure you’re practicing on the real thing, not just bedroom-sized replicas.

It’s not just about shredding solos either. We emphasize the 'Art of Accompaniment.' If you are a guitarist, we teach you how to support the vocalist. If you are a drummer, we drill timing until you are the metronome for the band. We run internal trial shows in a low-pressure environment, which helps students shed stage fright before performing at public venues like The Walk in Hiranandani Estate. By the time you hit the main stage, you aren't just a student playing a cover—you are part of a band that knows how to command a crowd.

We are a bunch of music lovers in Thane who believe the best way to learn is to turn up the volume and play together. We’ve built a space where drummers, guitarists, and vocalists stop practicing in isolation and start becoming a band.
