My team chisels the wood precisely so the handle sits flush with the laminate surface. It is a small step, but it stops the handle from catching on your clothes or loosening over time. Why I Share My Process

Technical Standards I Follow:
- POP Finishing: We apply moldings and do the finish when the POP is at the correct moisture level. Doing this too fast or too slow leads to hairline cracks later.
- Wardrobe Precision: For sliding units, we do not just rely on standard channels. We ensure the groove cutting is accurate so the metallic T-patti strips sit perfectly, adding that premium look without the high cost.
- Lighting Integration: We plan profile lighting paths inside the carcass before closing the units. This ensures the wiring is hidden and accessible if you ever need to change a strip.
