Flooring
- Mix Media Floor: Combination of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) interlocking deck tiles and high-density artificial grass (35mm pile height).
- Zoning: Distinct separation of seating area (decking) and visual area (grass).
- Durability: Waterproof and termite-proof materials suitable for direct sun and rain.
Wall Treatment
- Vertical Garden: UV-protected artificial foliage mats installed on one accent wall (up to 50 sq. ft.).
- Cladding: Wood-finish WPC louvers or PVC fluted panels to conceal uneven plaster or dampness.
Ceiling & Lights
- False Ceiling: Installation of WPC/PVC wooden-finish rafters or panels to hide conduits.
- Lighting: Integrated LED profile lights or 3-4 COB spot lights within the ceiling panels.
- Decorative Light: Provision for one cane/wicker style pendant light or fairy lights.
Furniture
- Seating: Compact 2-seater outdoor set (MS metal frame with synthetic rope/cane weaving) plus a center table OR a single hanging swing.
- Greens: Includes 2-3 potted hardy plants like Snake plants in ceramic or plastic pots.

Structure
- Pergola: 10x10 ft custom fabrication using mild steel hollow pipes with anti-rust primer and high-gloss PU paint (White or Black).
- Roofing: Semi-transparent polycarbonate sheet for rain protection.
Flooring & Hardscaping
- Tiles: 600x600mm or 600x1200mm outdoor vitrified tiles in Terrazzo or Moroccan anti-skid matte prints.
- Base Work: Includes cement-sand screeding for slope correction and water drainage.
- Water Body: Construction of a 4ft wide masonry waterfall wall or fountain with stone cladding and submersible pump.
Electricals
- Lighting: 4-6 IP65 waterproof wall washer up-lighters and hanging pendant lamps from pergola beams.
- Power: Waterproof switchboard provision for outdoor fans or charging points.
Furniture
- Lounge Set: 5-seater L-shaped outdoor sofa (powder-coated MS frame with water-repellent fabric cushions).
- Swing: Metal hanging swing with a wooden seat suspended from the pergola beam.
