A Glimpse Into Our Magical World
Childhood, for us, is about messy hands, curious eyes, and hearts full of possibility. Come see how we turn everyday wonder into a lifelong love for learning.
Our treehouse is more than just a play space; it’s a window to a world of wonder. We believe nature is our greatest teacher, so we encourage our little ones to spend time birdwatching, listening to the sounds of the outdoors, and connecting with the world around them.
We see every moment of play as an opportunity for real learning. Whether it's a group activity with puppets or building with magnetic tiles, children are naturally developing skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and patience, all while having fun.
Play is how children learn to be in control of their world and solve their own problems. In our construction zone, children don hard hats and work together, learning about balance, structure, and collaboration through hands-on building activities.
The journey at Wonderland is an adventure for the whole family. During our orientation, parents get to become kids again, discovering firsthand what it feels like to learn, laugh, and grow the Wonderland way through our play-based activities.
The bond between grandparents and little ones is pure magic. We celebrated this beautiful connection on Grandparents' Day with activities like storytelling and gardening, filling our school with warmth and reminding us that childhood blossoms in the arms of family.
At Wonderland, Rakhi is a thread of love that goes beyond tradition. We celebrate it as a promise of friendship and care, teaching children the joy of tying hearts together through simple, heartfelt gestures in a festive environment.
What's cooking in our mud kitchen? A delicious feast of imagination! Here, little hands mix mud pies and leaf stews, using nature’s ingredients to craft their own recipes. This is sensory exploration and creativity at its most joyful and messy.
Hearing from our parents is the best affirmation of our work. We are so happy to know that children are growing, learning to be independent, and developing a love for school in our nurturing and patient environment.
About Featured
We don’t believe in keeping play and learning in separate boxes. If a child spends twenty minutes staring at a ladybug on a leaf, that becomes our science lesson for the day. Our days are filled with mud kitchen experiments, sensory bins, and Reggio Emilia-inspired projects where the goal is exploration, not a finished product.
At Wonderland, we follow a simple philosophy: children learn best when they are happy, safe, and allowed to be themselves. Our approach is a blend of Montessori and Reggio Emilia methods, which means our classrooms are filled with natural materials and open-ended activities that spark creativity rather than following a rigid script.
Life Inside Our Classrooms
- Messy Learning: Whether it is tactile sensory bins with dyed rice or the outdoor mud kitchen, we encourage kids to get dirty. It is often the messiest days that result in the biggest breakthroughs.
- Community First: We believe it takes a village to raise a child. Our Star Parent Program invites families into the classroom to share stories or teach simple skills, and we have dedicated days just for grandparents to join in the fun.
- Respecting Individuality: Every child explores at their own pace. We don't pressure anyone to be 'right' on the first try. Instead, our team of didis and bhaiyas (our support family) are there to guide, observe, and celebrate the small wins.
We provide fresh, nutritious vegetarian meals in-house and maintain a low student-teacher ratio of 1:8, ensuring every child receives the attention they deserve. If you have been searching for a place in Chanakyapuri where your child can just be a child, we would love for you to drop by and see the magic in action.
