Compact Home Decor Package (6ft Setup)
Backdrop & Structure
- Dimensions: Approx. 6ft x 6ft setup area.
- Structure: Choice of a circular metal ring arch (mesh or open) or a single rectangular paneled backdrop (fabric or flex print).
- Theme Integration: Basic thematic vinyl printing (Name/Age) or color coordinated fabric draping.
Balloon Decor
- Style: Organic demi arch (covers half the ring/backdrop) using garland technique.
- Volume: Approx. 350 to 400 balloons.
- Quality: Standard pastel or matte finish latex balloons with 10 to 15 chrome/metallic accents.
Props & Cake Display
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical podiums for placing cake and desserts.
- Signage: One standard 'Happy Birthday' Neon sign (Warm white or standard color).
- Thematic Elements: 1 to 2 small foam board cutouts (2D) related to the theme (e.g., small animal or cartoon character).

- 3D Elements: Includes 1 Marquee Light Up Number (e.g., '1' or '5') with bulbs (approx. 3ft height).
- Foreground Props: Themed fencing (white picket or rustic wood), mushroom props, or small thematic boxes.
Balloon Artistry
- Style: Large organic garland cascading down one side of the backdrop or framing the top.
- Volume: Approx. 800 to 1000 balloons.
- Composition: Double stuffing technique used for select colors to achieve custom pastel shades.
Entrance & Signage
- Welcome Board: Custom designed 2x3 ft Welcome Board on a wooden easel stand with a small balloon cluster.
- Personalization: Name of the child in acrylic or neon flex on the backdrop.

Grand Backdrop & Stage
- Dimensions: 12ft to 16ft width coverage (Multi layered setup).
- Texture Mix: Combination of Shimmer/Sequin Wall panels (Gold/Silver/Black) plus Painted Arch panels plus Artificial Greenery Wall sections.
- 3D Props: Inclusion of premium Fiber/Resin props (e.g., Life size animal statues, 3D Ice Cream cones). Includes tangible props, not just flat cutouts.
- Flooring: Premium stage carpet or printed flex flooring to match the theme.
Premium Balloon Styling
- Technique: Double Stuffed balloons for rich, opaque custom colors.
- Placement: Massive organic garlands on stage plus Ceiling balloon clouds (if venue permits) or Balloon Waterfalls.
- Entrance: Full balloon arch (Rectangle or Semi circle) at the venue entrance (8ft x 8ft) or a themed photo op tunnel.
Lighting & Ambiance
- Illumination: 4 to 6 LED PAR cans / Uplighters to wash the backdrop in thematic colors.
- Signage: Custom Neon Sign (Rental) OR Large Acrylic Cutout Name.
Detailed Table Setting
- Cake Display: Set of 3 to 5 Cylinder plinths with custom vinyl branding.
- Floral Accents: High density artificial floral arrangements (Silk/polyester) attached to the backdrop or plinths.
Traditional Naming Ceremony Decor
Traditional Backdrop
- Structure: 8ft x 8ft Backdrop.
- Material: Choice of a Lush Greenery Wall (Boxwood panels) or a Dense Artificial Flower Wall (White/Pink/Red theme).
- Fresh Floral Accents: Fresh flower borders (Marigold/Jasmine/Roses) framing the backdrop or draped as curtains (approx. 20 to 30 strings).
- Name: Gold acrylic laser cut name mounted on the floral wall.
Ceremonial Elements
- Cradle Decor: Complete floral wrapping of the baby's cradle using fresh flowers (Roses/Orchids) and fabric bows. (Decor provided by White Frame, cradle structure usually provided by client).
- Props: 2 Traditional Brass Lamps (Kuthu Vilakku) or decorative pots placed on stage.
Stage Draping
- Fabric: Satin or Georgette fabric swags in traditional colors (Yellow/Red/Orange) flanking the main backdrop.
- Carpet: Red or Green stage carpet.
Entrance
- Welcome Board: Traditional print welcome board with a marigold string border.
- Door Frame: Simple fresh flower toran for the main door.

I really get a kick out of seeing a space totally change - one minute it’s just a hall, the next it’s like you’ve stepped into another world. That’s what I love most about themed event decoration. My team and I don’t just put up decorations - we try to capture the whole vibe you’re dreaming of. Kids’ parties are a favourite, but honestly, any excuse to decorate is a good one.
For Kids: Pure Imagination
- I go all out with fantasy setups for kids. Jungle safaris with wild animal cutouts, Cocomelon school bus corners, princess castles, even Candyland with giant lollipops - you name it, I’ve probably done it.
- If your kid is into something super specific, I’ll find a way to make it work. The goal is to see their faces light up when they walk in.
For Adults: Style & Mood
- Grown-up celebrations get their own mood. I’ve done everything from dramatic all-black birthday shoots with neon signs to outdoor boho chic party styling.
- Minimalist white florals, bold balloon garland installation, moody lighting – whatever fits your vibe.
