Designing a landscape for a farmhouse or large villa requires moving beyond decoration and into the realm of site management. My approach for sprawling estates centers on three pillars: structural integrity, long-term ecosystem health, and privacy.
Structural Hardscaping & Flow
Large properties demand balance between built structures and green space. I integrate functional hardscaping like floating stone steps, custom-built pergolas, and sunken seating areas that serve as natural gathering points. By utilizing materials like granite, sandstone, and wood, I ensure these elements survive the harsh Delhi summers and monsoons without compromising on aesthetics.
The Science of Mature Growth
Many clients want a garden that feels complete upon installation. This is why I prioritize soil health and mature planting. We handle large-scale drainage planning to prevent waterlogging, a common issue in Delhi NCR estates.
