I create gardens that are more than just greenery; they are sanctuaries of peace. From lush farmhouse estates to high-rise balcony retreats, every project blends nature with thoughtful design. Explore my work here.

This extraordinary bar, set under the majestic embrace of a centuries old banyan tree, is a sanctuary of elegance and tranquility. The open air setting, with its striking geometric tilework, creates an enchanting atmosphere for unforgettable gatherings.

Where architecture meets artistry. These floating stone stairs create an illusion of weightlessness, redefining modern elegance. They are designed to seamlessly blend the home's structure with the natural world, making the entrance a journey in itself.

Step into the serenity of this enchanting Zen garden. Every element, from the intricately carved sculptures and stone lanterns to the gracefully arched wooden bridge, is placed with intention to create a perfect harmony of art, nature, and mindfulness.

Even on the 37th floor, a personal oasis is possible. This high rise balcony garden, with its stunning olive plant and comfortable dining setup, offers a breathtaking escape with panoramic views, proving that tranquility knows no altitude.

Witness the transformation of a barren plot into a lush paradise. This before and after view shows how I turned an empty space into a structured garden with a golden cypress wall, spiral topiaries, and a serene wooden bench.

A terrace garden is a promise of a pleasant evening. This space, with its comfortable wooden deck and seating, becomes a front row seat to the sky's changing moods, offering a peaceful retreat to watch the sunset.

Every beautiful garden begins with a detailed plan. This video shows the journey from a professional Vectorworks drafting plan to a one acre farmhouse garden, where over 50,000 plants were used to create a layered, tropical paradise.

About this collection

Every garden I design begins with a rigorous technical foundation. Before a single plant is placed, I use Vectorworks to map out drainage, sun direction, and soil conditions to ensure your space thrives through every season. Whether we are planning for a breezy 37th-floor balcony or a sprawling farmhouse, this planning phase is what prevents maintenance headaches later on.

My journey began in Delhi as a mathematics lecturer, but nature eventually drew me to London to train at the Inchbald School of Garden Design. Today, I combine that background in logic and patterns with the design principles I learned abroad. The result is a landscape that feels orderly yet wild.

I do not just pick plants that look pretty. I study your site's specific microclimate. If you want a Japanese Zen garden, I focus on the stones, bamboo, and gravel, ensuring the raked gravel lines align perfectly with your view. If you have a rooftop terrace, I select shade-tolerant varieties that can handle high wind, like Raphis Palms and Monsteras, so your greenery does not just survive—it flourishes.

Hardscaping is just as important as the soft green elements. I integrate stone walkways, wooden decking, or custom pergolas to give your garden structure and purpose. When I look at the completed tasveere (pictures), I want to see a space that works for you. Whether you need a low-maintenance balcony retreat or a massive farmhouse lawn requiring fifty thousand plants, my goal is the same: creating a pocket of calm in our busy city.

I’m Ritu, and I left a career as a math lecturer to follow my love for nature after training at Inchbald in London. I view every garden as a living piece of art, blending structure with the wildness of plants. My goal is to build you a quiet sanctuary that feels like a natural extension of your home.
