About Private Gardens & Farmhouses
A garden is only as good as the earth beneath it. Before laying any grass, I make sure we add a 3-inch layer of manure-enriched soil and grade the land properly for drainage. This prevents waterlogging during the monsoons and keeps your lawn healthy all year. This is the first step I take on every farmhouse project, big or small.
For 30 years, I have believed that a garden is a living thing. It needs more than just nice plants; it needs a solid foundation. When I work on private residences or farmhouses, my goal is to build something that lasts.
My Process
I start with site assessment. We clear away the weeds, grade the soil, and treat the ground with anti-termite sprays so your plants start healthy. From there, I design the layout—whether you need open lawns for events, quiet stone pathways, or a dedicated Zen corner for peace.
Landscaping Services
I handle the hard work so you get the finished result:
- Lawn Installation: I use Selection No. 1 or Mexican grass. We lay the tiles, roll the ground for root bonding, and provide immediate watering.
- Hedge & Topiary: I shape hedges like Ficus and Duranta to create natural boundaries and privacy walls. This gives a structured, clean look to large properties.
- Hardscaping: If you want walkways, I construct them using pavers or natural stone slabs with grass joints, blending the path with the garden.
Maintenance Reality
A beautiful garden needs care. I design my layouts to be as practical as possible, using sprinkler systems where needed to make your daily maintenance easy.
