About From Local Grounds to the Big Leagues
Our women's batches are led by experienced state-level cricketers like Mandeep Kaur and Lalita Sharma, ensuring that every player receives technically sound guidance. We focus heavily on the details that matter—proper bat grip, head position, and consistent footwork—preparing players for the realities of competitive cricket rather than just teaching them to play for fun.
Building Careers, Not Just Cricketers
Cricket is a game of skill and endurance. Our program is designed for girls who want to move beyond recreational play and into the competitive circuit. We have created a direct pathway to district and state trials, with players like Ragini and Jinta already making their mark in DDCA selections and the Women's IPL.
The Coaching Approach
We do not believe in shortcuts. Under the mentorship of Dronacharya awardee Rajkumar Sharma, our curriculum is built on strict discipline. Sessions are rigorous, covering:
- Technical Fundamentals: Batting, spin, and pace bowling technique correction.
- Match Simulation: Regular intra-academy games to build temperament and game-sense.
- Fitness conditioning: High-intensity agility drills using ladders and cones to build athletic power.
Training Environment
We operate across multiple locations, including Paschim Vihar, Dwarka, Janakpuri, Hari Nagar, and Vikaspuri. Our women's batches are conducted in a secure, professional environment, ensuring players can focus entirely on their game. We maintain group sizes of 15-20 students to ensure each girl gets individual attention from our female head coaches.

When you join our academy, you are not just signing up for a class; you are committing to a long-term development program. We require a mandatory enrollment process that includes registration and our standard kit bundle to ensure every student is properly equipped for practice. We also provide professional advisory on purchasing personal cricket gear, as having the right-sized equipment is crucial for safety and performance.
