I started this academy 25 years ago to bring genuine cricket coaching to West Delhi. Today, we are opening doors for the next generation of girls to learn fearless cricket with the same discipline and grit that built our legacy.

This is Ragini, our academy's rising star and the DDCA U-15 Captain, recently selected for the National Cricket Academy camp. We are committed to creating clear pathways for talented girls to reach the highest levels of the sport.

The winning moment. This is what it's all about. We train our girls to be champions, fostering a fearless mindset and the teamwork needed to win big tournaments.

"Balle ko bilkul neeche se nahi pakadna hai." It all starts with the fundamentals. I personally oversee the technique of our players, ensuring every detail, like the bat grip, is perfect from day one. This discipline is the foundation of a great career.

Our dedicated women's batches are led by experienced female coaches like Mandeep Kaur and Lalita Sharma. Here, one of our coaches shares key strategies with the team, ensuring our players receive guidance in a comfortable and supportive environment.

A glimpse of the intensity in our girls-only net sessions. This bowler is honing her action, building the pace and precision that sets our players apart.

We lead by example. Our coaching team, including fitness coach Ajay Jumper, participates in drills to demonstrate the high standards of agility and stamina we expect from every player.

My vision 25 years ago was to bring quality cricket coaching to West Delhi. Today, with the boom in women's cricket, we are channeling that same vision to give girls the platform they deserve. God has been very kind.

About Featured

When you step into my nets, forget about shortcuts. We start with the basics like how you hold the bat, because I have seen too many talented players struggle later because they got their grip wrong at the beginning. If you are serious about playing competitive cricket, we will push you in the drills until your technique is natural, not forced.
