Women's Professional State Training
Coaching & Curriculum
- Instruction by ICC and NIS certified coaches.
- Intensive schedule aimed at state level performance (4 to 6 days per week).
- Technical drills for batting, pace or spin bowling, and fielding agility.
- Mental conditioning for match temperament.
Facilities (Ramjas Complex)
- Access to 17 foot wide nets.
- Rotation on True Turf, Cement, and Astro Turf wickets.
- 6000 sq. ft. enclosed cage arena for drills.
Career Progression
- Direct scouting for Delhi State Teams (U 19, U 23, Senior Women).
- Opportunities to represent the academy in DDCA affiliated matches.
Fitness & Gear
- Athletic track access for sprinting and strength conditioning.
- Leather balls and training aids (cones, hurdles) provided.
- Note: Personal gear like pads, gloves, and bats must be owned by the player.
Corporate T20 White-Ball Program
Program Structure
- Targeted at working professionals aged 26 to 45.
- Saturday evening sessions designed for corporate schedules.
- Batch size capped at 20 players to ensure high net time.
Training & Technology
- Specialized T20 white ball coaching.
- Bowling machine access for high repetition practice.
- Scenario based game simulations and target hitting.
- Professional coach oversight rather than unmonitored play.
Competitive Play
- Selection pathway to the Delhi Dashers internal squad.
- Opportunities to join the NCB ACE Delhi Dashers Pro team for external leagues.
- Access to Ramjas 2 ground for practice matches.

- Usage of premium turf and astro wickets at NCB ACE Arena.
- Cricket specific cardio adapted for the 26+ demographic.
- Note: Match fees are charged additionally on a per game basis.

Women's Cricket Matters
Delhi ki ladkiyan (girls of Delhi), this is your space. Our women's cricket coaching Delhi program isn’t just token effort - it’s a serious, safe place for female cricketers. Certified coaches cover all skills - batting, bowling (pace and spin), fielding. Fitness and mental strength get equal focus. Results? Girls like Mahi Chauhan and Aarti Kumari made it to Delhi state teams. Hum yahan result dekhte hain (We look for results here).
For Adults Who Won’t Quit
Work keeps you busy, but cricket never leaves your blood. The Delhi Dashers wing is made for working professionals over 26. We run T20 skills training for adults - weekend sessions, modern white-ball game focus. Start as a keen player, climb to our Pro team, and play in real corporate leagues.
Facilities That Push You Further
Train at NCB ACE arena, Ramjas Sports Complex. Think 17-foot nets, astro turf, cement and true turf wickets, 6000 sq. ft. drill cage, dedicated fielding zone, and a green ground for matches.

My Story
Hum Bright Cricket Club hain, Dilli ke sabse purane cricket clubs mein se ek. 1980 se chalu, Professor NC Bakshi ki wajah se. Unki legacy hum sab Brightons leke chal rahe hain - yeh safar aasaan nahi tha, lekin humne haar nahi maani. Resurgence hua, 6-7 saal lag gaye, par Premium-I division wapas aa gaye. Yahan cricket sirf game nahi hai, yeh junoon hai. Janmashtami pe havan karte hain, roots se jude hain. Bakshi sir ko proud feel karana hi goal hai. Amen.
