About The Leo's Vibe: Our Space & Your Moments
Finding a seat can be tricky during peak hours, especially on weekends at our Amar Colony and Vasant Vihar spots. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you are planning a specific date, aiming for an early evening or a weekday lunch usually means you can snag that perfect quiet corner to read or chat without the wait.
We built Leo's to be more than just a place to grab a slice, it is a sanctuary. From the natural light in our Vasant Vihar outlet to the warm, fairy-lit atmosphere in Amar Colony, we have prioritized the atmosphere as much as the dough. Because we believe great pizza tastes better when you are comfortable.
The Craft
We use high-hydration dough, fermented for 24+ hours to get that signature leopard-spotted char and airy rim, known as the cornice. Our Neapolitan style features that authentic, soft, wet center. It is not undercooked, it is simply the traditional way it is meant to be eaten. The smoky flavour you smell the moment you walk in? That is our wood-fired ovens doing the heavy lifting.
Finding Your Spot
Whether you are a purist sticking to a Margherita or craving something wild like our Goan Sausage pizza, the quality remains the same across all our Delhi NCR outlets. If you are visiting in a group, our 3-course meal packages are the easiest way to navigate our menu. If you are flying solo, grab a seat at our bar or high tables. Plenty of our regulars bring a book and just unwind with a glass of wine or an Aperol Spritz. We keep it simple, honest, and totally about the food.
