How I Approach Event Management
Venue & Vendor Coordination: I work across Mumbai, managing relationships with local vendors. Whether it is a hotel in the suburbs or a private residence in South Mumbai, I coordinate with the caterers, DJs, and decorators so you do not have to manage multiple contact points.
Planning & Timeline: An event is only as good as its timing. I manage the run-of-show, ensuring cake cutting, performances, and meals happen exactly when they should. This allows you to stay present in the moment rather than watching the clock.
The Decor Process: I focus on practical design. We work with your budget to create spaces that look great and function well. From balloon garlands and floral arches for birthday parties to custom stage fabrication for weddings, my goal is to make the space feel personal to you.
