Technique is taught through simple, memorable steps. Here, our instructor guides the class through the "Soldier. Tickle. T." arm movement drill and practices back floating on mats. These foundational exercises build muscle memory for proper swimming form.

A typical class is full of activity, from practicing kicks to learning breath control. We even make cleaning up fun by turning it into a game! Notice the constant positive interaction between instructors, parents, and children, which is key to our teaching philosophy.

Welcome to a Level 1 class at the Andaz Hotel! Here, our instructor explains the importance of our clean water and demonstrates how parents can hold their babies to encourage a full range of motion, setting the stage for future strokes like the front crawl.

Learning is fun in our Level 2 class! We use familiar songs like "Five Little Monkeys" to engage the children and teach water safety concepts in a playful way. This approach helps build positive associations with being in the pool.

This is our Level 2 class, designed for children around three to four years old. We use colorful rings and toys to develop motor skills and encourage underwater exploration. As you can see, even on their first day, the focus is on fun and engagement.

The first few minutes of class set the tone. We start with warm-ups and paddling before bringing out the toys. A pool full of colorful balls instantly makes the environment less intimidating and more exciting for our youngest swimmers.

As swimmers advance to Level 3, we introduce more complex skills like submersions and using the slide for safe entry. Even as the challenges increase, the element of play remains central to keeping our students motivated and happy.

In this Level 3 class, children practice diving from a custom-built bench, giving them a safe perching point. We use a wide variety of equipment, including kickboards and flippers, to refine their technique and build deep-water confidence.

Here, our Level 3 swimmers work on their paddling and kicking using pool noodles for support. This helps them focus on coordinating their movements and building stamina in the water, all while under the watchful eye of our instructors.

Beyond the physical skills, swimming has incredible cognitive benefits for young children. In this clip, you can hear our instructor explaining to parents how these activities stimulate brain development while practicing back-floating drills.
