Behind the Scenes of Grand Wedding Entries
See how we plan the madness behind every grand entry, from stage rigging and sound checks to final dress rehearsals.
The calm before the storm. This video shows my team setting up the stage, rigging the lights, and preparing the LED screens for a grand sangeet night. Every detail is meticulously planned.
A throwback to me planning and rehearsing the choreography with the dancers on-site. This is where I fine-tune the movements and cues to ensure the varmala ceremony is perfectly synchronized.
On-site, in the zone. Here I am overseeing the sangeet night setup and coordinating with the team to ensure the entry and performances go off without a hitch.

About Behind the Spectacle
Every hydraulic lift and pyro trigger is rehearsed for hours until the timing matches your music beat perfectly. We do not just show up to dance; we coordinate the stage tech, the lighting cues, and the dancers to ensure your entry feels like a perfectly timed film scene.
How We Build the Dhamaka
People see the 3-minute entry, but they don't see the 3-day load-in. Creating a 'filmy' moment requires more than just choreography. It demands precise synchronization between sound technicians, lighting crews, and my team of dancers.
The Rigging and Safety
When we plan a pool bridge or a revolving stage, safety comes first. My team handles the structural planning and aesthetic cladding to hide the industrial parts. We bring in certified technicians for all hydraulic and harness equipment. If the stage needs to move, we test the motors and the dancers' balance under full lighting, ensuring that the machine operates smoothly with the dancers' formation.
Precision Timing
My style is built on 'Dhamaka'—which means the beat must drop exactly when the pyro ignites. During our on-site rehearsals, we run through the entry sequence repeatedly. We fine-tune the hand gestures, the walkway pace, and the signal for the cold pyros. Whether it is a Royal Rajasthani entry or a modern LED-lit sequence, my job is to make the technology invisible so the drama stands out.
Coordination is Key
I am personally involved in every step. From the moment the first prop arrives at venues like Le Meridien or Mementos to the final cue from the DJ, I manage the flow. It is about creating a rhythm that pulls the audience in. If you want a grand entry that feels like a live blockbuster scene, this is the groundwork we cover together.
