Manpower & Choreography

• Professional Troupe: Team of 8 to 10 professional dancers trained in Bollywood, Contemporary, or Folk styles.
• Couple Choreography: 2 rehearsal sessions (1 hour each) to teach walking stance, hand gestures, and final pose.
• On-Site Coordination: Stage manager to coordinate music cues with the DJ and spotlight management.

Props & Costumes

• Themed Costumes: Full costume rental for the troupe matching themes like Vintage Carnival, Royal Rajasthani, or Pastel Western.
• Handheld Props: Visual props for dancers including large ostrich feathers, vintage lace umbrellas, LED batons, or Shankhs.

Special Effects (SFX)

• Atmospherics: Choice of Color Smoke bombs (daytime) OR Paper Confetti Blasts (evening).
• Pyrotechnics: 4 units of Cold Pyro (Sparklers) triggered at the entry high point (30-second burn time).

Audio Design

• Track Mixing: Custom editing of the entry song, including mixing 2-3 tracks if required.

Concept & Production

• Thematic Design: Concepts like Adiyogi Shiv-Parvati, Royal Rajwada, or Ram-Siya Swayamvar.
• Manpower: Troupe of 14 to 16 dancers, including character artists (priests, soldiers, apsaras) to fill the stage.
• Voiceover: Scripting and studio recording of a personalized voiceover (Hindi/English) played before the Varmala exchange.

Visual Spectacle & Props

• Grand Props: Large thematic props such as 5ft stand-alone diyas, trishuls, large fabric flags, or Phoolon ki Chadar structure.
• Flower Shower: Coordination of a massive rose petal shower (approx. 10kg petals) during the garland exchange.

Special Effects

• Low Fog: Dry ice machine usage to create a cloud effect on the stage floor.
• Heavy Pyrotechnics: 10-12 Cold Pyro shots and Niagara Falls pyro effect (waterfall sparklers) behind the couple.
• Lighting: Technician to manage stage washes and spotlights synchronized to the music.

Heavy Machinery & Fabrication

• Mechanized Structure: Rental and operation of heavy mechanics like a Revolving Heart/Lotus Stage, Moving Walkway over pool, or Aerial Harness Rig.
• Aesthetic Cladding: Decoration of the structure with faux flowers, fabric, and metallic sheeting to conceal industrial parts.
• Safety Team: Certified technicians and riggers on-site for machine operation.

Performance Ensemble

• Grand Troupe: Team of 18 to 22 dancers creating a 360-degree formation around the structure.
• Interactive Choreography: Routine involving the couple interacting with the machinery (rotating or stepping off platforms).

Cinematic Special Effects

• Electronic Sparklers: 4-6 Sparkular machines (non-hazardous) placed directly on the moving platform.
• Confetti Blasters: 2 Professional CO2 Confetti blasters for stadium-style paper rain.
• Atmospherics: Heavy fog and haze to mask structure bases and enhance lighting beams.
