Real magic isn't an accident. It is the result of months of planning, 500 people working round the clock, and the willingness to take risks. Here is what goes on behind the scenes to make your big day legendary.

A behind-the-scenes look at the preparations for a Grand Vivah Utsav. This shows the construction of a massive ramp on a hillside, the foundation for a spectacular entry.

I love challenges, boss. This clip shows me talking about the risks we take to create glamour. With a team of 500 working for months, we put in the hard work to make the magic happen.

A behind-the-scenes look at how we use green screen technology to create complex visual effects for our shows. This is how we build entire worlds in just a few days.

A proud moment for me at the ICWF 2023 awards. Hearing these kind words from an industry leader about my work and my brand is the best reward. It is all for my Maa.

Rehearsal is everything. This is me testing the bride's entry mechanism at Umaid Bhawan Palace. We check every detail to ensure the final moment is flawless and safe.

About The Making of Magic

People see the final performance, but they do not see the technical console work or the rehearsals that happen at 3 AM. When I design an entry or a Varmala, I am not just showing up on the day. I am on-site days in advance, testing hydraulic lifts, choreographing the SFX timing to the exact beat, and ensuring the family is comfortable with the staging. It is not just a show; it is precision engineering disguised as a celebration.

More Than Just Choreography

Most people think a wedding show is about dance steps. For me, it is about creating a cinematic production. Whether we are doing a destination wedding in Udaipur or a home event, my approach is the same: treat it like a movie set.

The Risk of Real Magic

I say 'risk lena padta hai' (you have to take risks) for a reason. If we do not push boundaries—like planning a Jaimala in the middle of a lake during a thunderstorm or integrating holographic acts—we are just doing another standard event. I don't do standard. My team of 500+ professionals, including SFX engineers, LED visual artists, and stage managers, works for months to pull off these moments.

My Technical Process

  1. Concept & Storyboarding: We don't copy-paste ideas. We script your entry based on your story, not just a popular song trend.
  2. On-Site Command: On the big day, I don't just stand on the side. I am at the console, calling the shots for lights, smoke, confetti, and pyro to make sure every transition hits the beat.
  3. Safety & Precision: Before the bride or groom sets foot on a prop or a hydraulic stage, we test it. Whether it is a Mirrored Pegasus or a chariot, the engineering has to be flawless.

If you want a celebration that people talk about for years, you need more than a planner. You need someone who will fight for the details, coordinate the technical chaos, and ensure that when the curtain rises, everything works perfectly. That is the magic I bring to your show.

I am Laadi. For me, every project is a promise to my Maa, which is why I don't settle for safe ideas or standard packages. If you are ready to take a few risks and want an event that feels more like a cinematic production than a simple function, let's talk.
