The Grind Behind the Glam

Wedding choreography is only fifty percent of the job. The rest is production management. Whether we are planning a carnival-themed mehendi with stilt walkers or a theatrical varmala ceremony, my team focuses on the logistics that prevent chaos.

Our Process

1. Concept & Coordination: We start by aligning our creative vision with your venue's technical capabilities. If we are doing an aerial reveal or using cold pyros, we verify the ceiling height and power capacity with your venue coordinator weeks in advance.
2. The Rehearsal Phase: My troupe of twelve to fourteen dancers undergoes rigorous rehearsals to master the specific routine. We provide one hour of focused session time for you and your family to teach stances, cues, and stage presence so you feel confident.
3. Technical Setup: On the day of the event, my technical director arrives two hours early. We handle the music cues, lighting synchronization, and the loading of props like floral palkis or split LED screens. Our goal is to ensure the performance starts exactly when the pandit or event manager signals, keeping the flow of the ceremony unbroken.
4. Execution: During the show, my team manages the crowd interaction and the timing of effects like CO2 smoke cannons or confetti blasts. We keep the energy high from the moment you arrive until the final pose, making sure your family members feel like stars on our stage.
